White Shovel franchise offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a market that is poised to grow now that so many people are and will continue to call home their office, their staycation location and the place that provides the most comfort, pleasure and safety.

That’s not to say that the White Shovel concept is new. In fact, it has its roots in the early 2000s when I started a lawn mowing company. I found that clients kept asking me to “move this shrub over here, over there” and would often seek my opinion on landscape projects. I wondered why they were asking the guy who mows their lawn these questions – after all, weren’t there landscape designers and architects out there? Why ask their “lawn guy?” And then I realized it was because professional landscape designers were expensive.

I’ll get into my story a bit more in a while but cut to the chase – I researched the concept of being something in between “a lawn guy” and a full service landscaper and that’s how the White Shovel system was born. And when I say a system, I mean it. But more about that later because the bottom line is that the White Shovel business model has proven to be a great success, with locations throughout Alabama and North Carolina.

Now we’re ready to take the White Shovel concept beyond our home areas by opening it up to potential franchisees.
