Tell us a little about the wireless market
The wireless industry is more exciting than ever before. What we use to refer to as a phone is now a GPS system, camera, camcorder, gaming device, computer, music player, instant messenger and TV all rolled into one device. Wireless Zone continues to grow with this industry, which is growing faster than ever, because we understand the role these devices play in everyday life. The expert guidance we give our customers makes sure we are pairing them with the best device to fit their needs so they can accomplish more and do it faster.
What are some of the greatest lessons you've learned in growing this franchise?
The greatest lesson we have learned at Wireless Zone is to listen. We listen to our customers and their needs and we listen to our franchise owners and their needs. We then are able to use this valuable information to continue to improve our system so we can better serve both customers and franchisees alike. We have a responsibility to those that put their trust in us to get up every day and provide our customers with the best experience possible and our franchise owners the tools and knowledge to continue their success. Our franchise owners' success is our success and we go to great lengths to make sure that is front of mind.
What advice do you have for someone looking to acquire a Franchise?
Investing in a franchise is a big decision and a serious one. Of course, I would encourage anyone to take a look at Wireless Zone, but which ever franchises a person chooses to consider they want to make sure they are doing their due diligence to understand the model, the company's vision, and the support that they will receive. I would also recommend that they have an interest in the business and a philosophy match with the organization. You should wake up excited each day and proud of what you do.

The rise of the smartphone and where technology is taken our increased use of cell phones and other wireless devices is creating more opportunity then we could have anticipated just 3 or 4 years ago.
