Consulting, Licensing, & Brand Management Fee: $29,500.00
Monthly Licensing & Royalty Fee: $275.00 per month.

Neighborhood Coffee and Espresso Cafes: At All The Perks, we're committed to supporting independent coffeehouses. We offer our strong branding concepts and still allow for a store's individual identity. Our combined experience of 70 + years has been providing comprehensive design assistance to those opening a café or coffee shop for 32 years. Our goal is to create the most functional and efficient floor plan for your new café saving you both time and money along the way. Our services provide all aspects of design & layout as well as sourcing and installation of all equipment, cabinetry & signage, menu planning, food service purveyors and barista training. Total investment range: $200,000-$250,000.
Compact Coffee Solutions: All The Perks Lower Investment Compact Coffee Solutions Program provides designs ideal for smaller indoor locations. These custom designed solutions are ready to install in malls, office buildings, convention and recreation centers and more. And, this lower investment option still offers the same full design, consulting, and training benefits of our other business opportunities. Total investment range: $85,000-$110,000.00.
Area Development – All The Perks' area development license grants an individual or entity the right to own and operate multiple All the Perks Espresso Café locations with exclusive development rights in a specific territory.
Area Affiliated Partnerships - An area affiliated partner license grants an individual or entity the right to assist All The Perks Coffee in developing a specific exclusive territory. The Area Affiliated Partner provides support in finding new licensees, working with our network of real estate professionals to secure locations, coordinating the store development process between our office, our design team, and local agencies and contractors, and providing local training and pre-opening and post-store opening support to new licensees. Area Affiliated Partners receive a portion of the total fees, royalties, and build out profits collected in their territories. Area Affiliated Partners need not own and operate their own coffeehouse but need to have adequate capital and resources available to fulfill their responsibilities as an Area Affiliated Partner.
