Capital Games is a video game store selling new and used video games. We are not a franchise, we help you own your own business and everything in it. You will have complete control over all aspects of your store including site location, store layout, merchandise, marketing and more. We are here to assist you in your entrepreneurial dreams!

Training and support

We help you every step of the way without limiting you as a franchise can. Instead of coming to you with rules and regulations, we come to you with knowledge and know how putting you in the driver's seat. Your store will be a custom fit to your tastes and budget with complete store set up much less than franchises.

We will begin by helping you obtain all necessary requirements such as obtaining your lease and sign requirements. As soon as your lease is finalized our Manager will be in touch to begin the pre-setup process and design your signage to comply with your community's regulations. Following this our setup crew will begin the assembly and installation of fixtures and stocking all games and accessories. Upon completion of the setup the crew Supervisor will be there to ensure that you are comfortable in your role as business owner and provide 5 days of training.

After your grand opening and initial training we will provide you with ongoing support for 6 months with all aspects of your store. Experience in the industry is not necessary. Don't worry about the knowledge of trade-in values for video games. We train you, but the software does most of the work.
