In order to do this I had to find the best system available so that I could provide quality service. Our unique "Majestic" system uses 235 plus degrees of steam which sanitizes carpet. Our Majestic system has been in business for over 11 years.

Our Brand - Your Business

If you are new to the carpet cleaning business; no problem. The Majestic big truck is simple to run and there are numerous training videos available for anyone to view. Our cleaning solution, Vanish (which will wholesale to you for approximately $19/gallon), can generate revenue of appx $8,500/gallon. We have unique ways to get retail carpet stores, real estate offices, churches, and other large businesses calling for your services. No Franchise Restrictions

There are no requirements on purchasing chemicals, equipment, or advertising but you will have the availability to purchase the private label cleaning solutions at wholesale (approximately $19/gal). You will also have access to purchase the Majestic Brand "Magic Spotter" at wholesale. You will have access to the Majestic Floor Care Registered Trademark for your truck wrap or advertising needs. There is no territorial restrictions in the state purchased.

A "Big Truck" or a Van?

The differences (van vs. big truck) are quite dramatic; but it is not impossible to use a van with our products. Why spend $50,000 -$90,000 on a van system that will depreciate rapidly; when you can spend a little more up front and purchase the Majestic big truck and have a better system with a high resale value.

With the "Big Truck" the heat at the tip of the wand creates a true steam (at 235+ degrees) which cleans the carpet without soaking the carpet and backing. The strong vacuum in the big truck pulls out most of the moisture which also helps the carpets dry more quickly.

The big truck can be purchased with an option to lower the pump pressure for furniture cleaning, and does a superior job at carpet and tile cleaning. All of the options for the "Big Truck" can be discussed with the manufacturer.

You can choose to purchase either a van, a "Big Truck", or both. Or you may choose to logo and wrap your present vehicle. Each vehicle can be used for specific tasks.

Majestic Carpet Cleaning System - Get Repeat Business and Referrals

The big truck is more expensive but people are will to pay more for a system that gets the carpet cleaner with a quicker drying time.

• There is no residue left on the carpets which keeps the carpets clean longer. We achieve this by pre-spraying our Majestic Vanish solution and then using steam to remove it.
• We do not use a rinse solution which cuts down on cleaning time, and speeds drying time.
• The PH in our "Vanish" solution is high enough to clean the carpet but not too high to remove the protectant on the carpet or cause "brown-out" (we stay in the guidelines of manufacturer warranties). The big truck has the "GOLD STANDARD" for carpet cleaning.

Registered Trademark for Your Use

Majestic Floor Care was first registered for business on October 1, 2008. At that time our goal was to create a unique carpet cleaning business that could be branded with experience and cleaning solutions that are very affordable, easy to use, and safe.

At a price of approximately $19/gallon, the profit margin on the use of Vanish is remarkable. This product has a low Ph and is safe to use on stain resistant carpets.

FAQ

Q: My van only has a 75 gallon fresh water supply tank how is this different than the big truck?
A: The big truck has a 210 gallon fresh water supply tank and a 155 gallon recovery tank.

Q: What are some of the specs on the "Big Truck"?
A: It has a 5cp 6120 CAT Water Pump, 1600 PSI, flows up to 6 GPM, a Helical Tri-Lobe Blower, and of course the 210 gallon fresh water supply tank and the 155 gallon recovery tank. The cleaning system runs off of the diesel engine of the truck which is the reason for the high steam and the strong vacuum.

Q: What is the difference between a franchise contract and the Majestic trademark license agreement?
A: There are many differences: No territorial restrictions in your State. No financial audits. No mandatory monthly chemical purchases, and no mandatory equipment purchases to name a few.

Q: Does this system use different cleaning solutions for carpet, tile and oriental rugs?
A: The Majestic system uses one main cleaning solutions for the carpet, tile and rugs. We have other solutions for specialty tasks.

Q: The initial payment for the licensed trademark agreement is $19,995 which includes the start-up package. Is there a monthly fee to maintain the licensed trademark agreement for Majestic Floor Care?
A: After the first six months in business there will be a fee of $295/month. This fee includes access and the rights to purchase the cleaning solutions at a bonafide wholesale price, and the use of the Majestic Floor Care Logo for marketing and promotional use.

Q: If I purchase the rights to use the Majestic Trademark agreement does this give me access to the Majestic brand cleaning solutions?
A: Yes. Majestic Floor Care has been working for the past 10 years to come up with the best cleaning solutions available to clean carpet, tile, and rugs. The cleaning solutions will only be available to Majestic License holders at the bonafide wholesale price. The Magic Spotter is also available at a bonafide wholesale price which is a great tool for promotional to customers and an opportunity to sale to carpet shops for resale.
