Construction:

Walk In Bathtubs are built with 3 layers of high grade Gel-Coat for a beautiful easy to clean finish.

The Gel-Coat is set on 3 layers of fiberglass for strength and durability. This shell is built on a special designed stainless steel Frame for long lasting support.

Next Steps

1) Preliminary information:

Minimum Credit Score of 640, No Repos or Judgements, Cost of Dealership is $9,500 plus Leasing Fees, Monthly Payment of $475.00 (approximately depending upon credit score).

You give us the basic information to determine the amount of your monthly payment!! You can do this personally, or in your business company name. We need your full name, date of birth, address of where the walk-in bath tub will be kept, social security number, tax ID number (if applicable), how long you have been in business, do you own your home (if so, how long?).

We can get you approved with this information and give you the amount of your monthly payment. Our basic package has a value of $25,000. For a limited time only, we have marked it down to be under $15,000. We will need a check for the amount of the monthly payment, plus an additional $125.00 document fee. You will be agreeing to pay 38 additional monthly payments for that amount.

Which includes: inventory, advertising, exclusive territory, complete training, travel expenses, website with hosting for 12 months, literature and business cards, and financing for your customers!!!

2) The lease agreement:

The lease agreement is with an independent company that will fund your dealership with a signed lease for one walk-in bath tub. The lease will fund the complete dealership.

This one walk-in bath tub will be used as a show room model/display, and can not be sold until you satisfy the terms of the lease, which in most cases is 39 months.

3) Authorized dealership agreement:

This agreement is with Fountain of Youth Bathrooms Inc. It will describe your exclusive territory and the terms and conditions of the dealership.

This agreement will contain a list of everything that is included with the dealership. This list is paid in full in consideration of the executed lease you signed in section #2.

4) Purchase agreement:

a. Invoice #1 shows one walk-in bath tub which secures the lease agreement.

b. Invoice #2 shows a list of everything else included in the authorized dealership. (Inventory, [1 walk-in bath tub], advertising, exclusive territory, complete training, travel expenses, website with hosting for 12 months, accessories, spare parts, literature, business cards, and offering financing for your approved customers).

5) Final Steps:

When sections 1-4 are completed, returned, and signed to Fountain of Youth Bathrooms Inc, we will ship your first walk-in bath tub. After you have received and signed for your first walk-in bath tub, your dealership will be funded. At this time we, will begin fulfilling everything listed on purchase agreement invoice #2.
