How was your franchise/opportunity originally conceived and started? 

Founder, Larry Kozin field tested the business model out of 300 sq ft in Las Vegas for 5 years.  Working part time by appointment while utilizing a network of friends and family to drum up business sparked the notion that we could duplicate this low startup cost, low overhead business across the US.

License fee includes an exclusive protected territory and a turn key business from site selection, lease negotiation, marketing system, relationships with manufactures, building a team of sales people, collateral material, website, business cards, fast start and ongoing training, 24/7 support,  and even receipt books.  

No Royalties…owners keep 100% of the profits.

How do territories work for your franchisees? 

We will not put another Distribution Center in that territory. There’s no territory for selling product. 

Why has your franchise model been successful? 

Low start up cost, low overhead and high profit system of selling mattresses and furniture for less than the traditional brick n mortar corporate stores and chains.

Start part time, keep your day time job until the business income replaces your job income.
