A Few Words About Us

Bubbly Paws was created by Keith and Patrycia Miller when they needed a place to bathe their dog and the only options were the bathtub in their house or old, outdated grooming salons. Our first store opened just outside Minneapolis 10 years ago with the vision of creating an upscale dog grooming and self-service dog wash environment. 10 years and 4 stores later, we are excited to announce our Bubbly Paws Franchise! 

We are not an old-school franchise system. We listened to what franchisees are looking for in terms of support and processes and have tried to implement that in our model. We are here for you and we want to learn more about you and how we can work together to create mutual success.

When we created Bubbly Paws, the goal was to keep our stores bright and open, with a cool modern look.  We also wanted our groomers to be seen while working, so all the grooming rooms have windows so customers can see what goes on.

Our Core Services

SELF-SERVICE BATH
We’ve revolutionized the self-service bath customer experience. We provide everything customers need to make their pup look, smell and feel great! We also offer a membership model with 300+ active members as of September 2021.

FULL-SERVICE BATH
The full service bath is designed for dogs that don’t need a full groom, but customers want the Bubbly Paws team to do all the work. This is also a very popular option with grooming clients in between grooms.

GROOMING
The Bubbly Paws groomers go the extra mile to make all the dogs look and feel great.  We design the stores to provide a low stress grooming setting. We train the groomers to communicate what is best for the dog and what we can accomplish. At pick up, we also provide a report card to help communicate how the dog did.

Our Culture

• We love our local community and give back to local pet groups on a regular basis! Every year, around the holidays we have our company wide “Deck the Dogs “ give back promotion.
• We make dogs look and feel their best by communicating with their owners and delivering the best customer service possible.

Training & Support

We know this all sounds scary, but we have done it before and we are here for you!  We invite you into our flagship store, and spend a few hours getting to know us, our values, passion and culture.  Then if you are interested, we can keep talking! 

• If your values and passion align with ours, we will keep moving forward and help with you everything you need to get going! 
• Before your grand opening we will host training classes at our flagship store in Minneapolis, MN. 
• We will train you in everything you need to be successful, from our company culture, marketing, grooming, how to find team members, and using our custom booking program app.

Come ready to work, the majority of our training program is hands on at one of our stores, we find that this is how people learn best! We strongly believe the best training is by doing, not showing.
