All franchise owners will have the support of a management team with extensive industry experience. As you grow your business, our knowledge and advice will be available to you, every step of the way.
As part of the pre-opening process the Burrito Shak management team will assist all franchise owners in planning and ordering the base equipment and smallwares needed to get your team through their prep, cooking, and serving. You will also receive guidance for the build-out and interior design of your restaurant to ensure you capture that unique Burrito Shak vibe.
Confidential Operations Manual:
All franchise owners receive a confidential operations manual that details procedures for establishing a restaurant. This includes daily operating procedures, recipes, food safety, business management, suppliers, reporting, forms, marketing and sales materials, inventory and quality control guidelines and other important business functions.
Before the launch of your business you will participate in a training program to review both essential business operations and recipes. Because our food preparation procedures are fairly straight-forward, a background in the food industry isn't required for franchise ownership.
Franchise owners will have support in developing a marketing strategy for their local area, including sample materials and campaigns and online presence. This will help you build awareness around our established brand and reputation, in your area.
