Direct Energy Services and Clockwork Home Services combined in 2010 to become the largest provider of heating & cooling, plumbing and electrical services to more than three million households annually in North America.

The new organization, including independent franchise and affinity clients, garners overall network revenues of almost $4 billion. It will leverage its scale and combined expertise to redefine the customer experience and improve value for North American homeowners.

Among our three brands – Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky Electric and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – we are nearly 600 franchise locations strong and growing every day.
