Hydrate IV Bar was founded in 2016 by Denver, Colorado native Katie Gillberg who wanted to introduce IV therapy to those looking to be proactive with their health and were looking for holistic health and wellness solutions.
Clients visit Hydrate IV Bar for vitamin injections, signature IV therapy cocktails, and NAD+ injections and infusions. Our menu includes IV cocktails that support Health & Wellness, Jet Lag, Anti-Aging, Athletic Performance, Immunity Enhancements, and Recovery as well as the Myers Cocktail which is a staple at most IV spas, and last but not least, the Katie Cocktail. This IV is a Myers Cocktail IV with extra Vitamin C and Glutathione. $5 from every Katie Cocktail IV is donated to a local non-profit partner in the communities where our spas operate. We offer monthly memberships, a Shot Pass, and service packages.
All of our services are administered by an experienced, registered nurse, and our spas are overseen by a Medical Director. We offer resources to our Franchisees to find a Medical Director for their spa if needed.
On any given day, our spas are staffed by one RN and one Spa Coordinator, which makes staffing very easy compared to many other Franchise concepts. Through our membership model, Hydrate IV Bar provides a recurring revenue stream of up to 40%*, and with profitable margins, we have spas with up to 43% EBITDA*.
We require that prospective franchisees have a minimum of $125,000 cash on hand and a net worth of $500,000. Investment costs range from $238K - $455K. We offer extensive ongoing Franchise support including help with site selection, training, and access to preferred vendors.
Hydrate IV Bar began Franchising in 2020 and we currently have 14 spas open in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, and Utah. We look forward to continuing to grow and lead others into a wellness-led lifestyle.
