About Us

iCode Computer Science for Kids is a children’s educational franchise that helps prepare young minds for the technology of the 21st Century. We teach computer languages, programming, robotics, coding, and creative audio/visual arts to children in grades K-12. We have unique programs designed around mastering different levels of achievement, using colored “belts” similar to the belts earned in martial arts. We offer after school programs, in school programs, summer camps, boot camps, hackathons, Esports and special events. Our students learn computer science, cooperative interactions, make new friends, and have fun learning skills they’ll use for a lifetime.

More Than STEM —iCode STEAMs

A decade ago, STEM ruled (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). However, it left out much that makes learning exciting, creative arts like digital audio & video, and the Internet—where technology meets creativity head-on. That’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math), and that’s where iCode excels.

iCode is a Computer Science education franchise that teaches STEAM-based courses to kids K-12 at its fun-to-learn, fully equipped campuses.

During the school year, courses follow a martial-arts style approach that consists of eight belt levels and 416 hours of curriculum that is learned through a combination of instruction and hands-on application. During the summer, iCode offers a series of week-long fun and challenging Summer Camps. Throughout the year, iCode also offers Holiday Camps.

Beyond Computer Science, iCode also focuses on helping students develop important soft skills such as Agile Methodology, Project-based Learning, Collaboration, and other skills that will help them perform at a higher level at school and in life.

We Own Our Curriculum

Our curriculum works in collaborative classrooms where students study and learn in group settings. And just as technology changes, so does iCode. We constantly evaluate, update and add new programs to our curriculum, to keep up with the pace of change, and the Internet of Things to come.

Your iCode School

All locations are located in a retail shopping center space. The franchise investment ranges from $175,000 or $343,000. Finding the right location is critical, that’s why we work with one of the best real estate firms in the country. It can take from six months to a year to open your iCode School, so we start recruiting your local students long before that. We are part of your community. Your students come from elementary, middle and high schools in your area. And they love their classes at iCode, because they want to learn. Our easy-to-own, easy to operate model also features multiple revenue streams.

Ideal Candidate

Technology and education experience is not required. We're looking for franchise owners who are outgoing and have sales, marketing, and/or management experience, and who are results oriented. A person who can build relationships, lead a team, and who has the motivation to excel!

Individuals will learn how to build a successful iCode franchise through our sophisticated training program and ongoing support, while enjoying the rewarding experience of helping people prepare to thrive in the job market of today and tomorrow.
