You will work with a certified trainer from start to finish! We offer three weeks of training that includes both classroom and hands-on instruction, as well as 2 weeks of on-site support to make sure your opening is a success. Our focus is on operations, guest service, marketing and financial management. It's easy to see how we make it simple for you to learn the standards and support Jazzman's offers.
Because Jazzman's Cafe has multiple lines of menu offerings, each location receives quarterly promotions that include recipes, procedures, point of sale materials, banners, handouts and other merchandising aids. Merchandising options are also available from our online retail store. Our marketing staff and your Retail Business Manager will assist you in your local store marketing needs.
