La Salsa uses only highest quality proteins, marinated sirloin steak, boneless skinless chicken breast, seasoned fish, and shrimp. La Salsa Express can fit into a space as small as 675 square feet. Typically a La Salsa Express would be found in colleges and universities, food courts, theme parks, airports, and casinos. La Salsa Grill is our traditional prototype ranging in size from 1,200-2,000 square feet, preferably with patio seating. The La Salsa Cantina serves alcohol and typically ranges in size from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet. We can also offer the La Salsa Restaurant.
