As the owner of your own business, you will manage your team of IICRC-certified technicians who will be extensively trained to address standing water, fire and smoke damage, mold, and indoor air quality issues to deliver next-level of restoration services for homes and businesses. Our initial training takes place over a 13-15 day period, conducted virtually and in person at our Experience Center in Dallas: 

• State-of-the-art Flood House will be used to train franchisees and their teams on mold remediation and flood damage restoration.  

• Real-world simulation provides hands-on advanced mitigation and restoration techniques, various cleaning methods, and demonstrates use of the latest equipment and technology. 

• From administration, office set-up, and learning our impressive CRM system, to best practices for local area marketing, you will learn everything you need to know to start your restoration business strong.
