About Us

Own a Fun Side Hustle Business

Looking to earn extra income? Want to have a fun way to make money on the side? Magnetainment was created to be an easy business to operate that just about anyone who loves photography, people and parties, can run on the side. For a total investment of less than $25,000 all in, you can launch a business with strong profit-potential that you can run in your spare time.

What We Do

  • We take party photos at your event
  • Print custom photo magnets on site
  • Post the magnets on a display board for guests to grab
  • Guests leave with free photo magnets as a cool party favor

This Is How It Works

Event planners hire us to provide custom photo magnets at parties and events, such as weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, anniversaries, family reunions, corporate engagements, and more. Hosts hire us by the hour, with a two-hour minimum, to set up, shoot photos and produce magnets during the event. An event only takes two people to run: a party photographer and someone to process photos and print magnets.

We print as many as can during the event and the magnets go on magnetic boards and are free to the guests as a very cool party favor. Larger events might require more photographers. Typical retail costs to hire us for a minimum two hour event are about $600. Longer events, like a wedding, have higher fees.

Reasons to Own

If you’re ready to own a hip photo event business, there’s a lot of reasons to do it. The market for parties and events continues to grow – and with photography taking center stage in our culture, hosts are looking for fun ways to ensure that their parties are remembered for a long time after.

  • $1,422 spent each year on parties according to The New York Post
  • 2.1 Million weddings there are every year, according to Wedding Report
  • 62% Businesses host annual Christmas parties, according to Miami Herald
