Started in 1978 by two Arizona State University students, the original business concept combined manufacturing, sales and installation of acrylic liners and wall surrounds to the hospitality industry. We expanded into the residential remodeling space in 1991 with our first Re-Bath dealer. Throughout the next three decades we expanded into a wider assortment of bathroom remodel products such as bathtubs and shower bases. Re-Bath continued innovating with functional, attractive products, superior installation training for easy to install designs and established long-term warranties and after-care customer service support.
Beginning in 2010, we converted the business model from a dealer model to a franchise model, expanded from tub and shower area-only jobs to include complete bathroom remodeling and aging and accessibility solutions. We also expanded our product offerings from acrylic-only to include natural stone and other products to expand demographic reach. In 2018, we launched our first corporate-owned location for testing and ongoing improvement of our systems for our franchisees.
