How was your franchise/opportunity originally conceived and started?

The company was started in 1986 in Farmingdale, NY by father/son team Roy and Ray Titus.

What was your original vision for your company? How has that changed over time?

The original vision of the company was to fill the vacuum in the signage service sector in New York. Over time, we have grown into the largest sign franchise in the world. We influence the marketplace and our competitors through our goals every day. Our number one goal is to provide unmatched service and support to our clients by constantly striving to maximize their entrepreneurial potential.

What do you believe is the single most important factor when choosing a franchise?

The single most important factor when choosing a franchise is the support system provided by the franchisor. SIGNARAMA is considered a leader in franchise support. We have a vested interest in our franchisee's continued success and will do whatever it takes to ensure that their entrepreneurial goals are met.

What do your franchise fees and royalties cover?  

SIGNARAMA is a turnkey franchise. We provide you with all equipment, hardware, software, fixtures, and furnishings for your business. We also provide you with an excellent 5 week training program in order to give you the education and the tools you need to achieve success.

How do territories work for your franchisees?

We design our territories based on the data gathered through intensive market research and demographic studies. This information allows us to help you choose a territory with maximum potential for success!

The best advice we can give to our new franchises to learn how to be a servant leader. Learn to serve your customers with passion, learn to serve your employees with dedication, and learn to serve your community with excellence.
