How was your franchise/opportunity originally conceived and started? 

Fitness is booming and so are injuries we wanted to take a medical approach to health through exercise.

What was your original vision for your company? How has that changed over time? 

Treadmills and rowers. We are move movement involved in the classes and sculpting bodies through smaller weights and more reps. We have added Senior Movement Classes and they have been a huge success. Many classes average age is 78.

What do you believe is the single most important factor when choosing a franchise? 

Finances. 

Why should someone choose your franchise over other similar franchises? 

No personnel guarantee and no royalty until you have 100 paying customers.

What makes your industry attractive? 

Health and Fitness is important in an aging population and the millennials are learning that sedentary is hurting them.

What types of qualities do you look for in potential franchisees? 

Experience, Health, Commitments Vigor.

What do your franchise fees and royalties cover? 

Brand, Training, Supplement Sales, ongoing certification of franchisees and trainers, continuing education, daily workouts. 

How do territories work for your franchisees? 

Each franchisee is given a selected territory with protection from us. 

Why has your franchise model been successful? 

People can feel and see a difference is what we do. They get not getting injured and how important getting fit without constant pain, and how it can change their life.

Where do you see your franchise in 5 years and 10 years? 

In 5 years 200 units with 40 franchisees, we want to grow a core group of knowledge business partners, 10 years 500 units and a new 40 franchisees, we are set to manage 80 franchise operations.

What is your favorite advice for new franchisees to help them succeed? 

Paperclips cost money, watch everything

What would you tell potential franchisees that may be nervous about the financial burdens of starting a franchise? 

You should be, so let’s work together train longer and make sure your skills are at a comfortable level.

Can you explain your financial assistance? 

Third party and revenue financing for continued store, reoccurring revenue can be financed.

On average, how long does it take to start a new franchise from the franchisees point of view? 

Six months.

What was your background and experience before founding this franchise? 

40 years for franchise experience at all C levels to middle management.
