The non-medical home care industry has been a leader in job growth in the United States. The number of seniors in America continues to grow rapidly. AARP studies indicate that 90% of seniors want to remain in their home as long as possible and age in place.
How has your industry changed in the last 10 years? 20 years?
The public awareness of home health care services has increased rapidly. The number of seniors needing home care services continues to grow at a strong pace and will do so for many decades to come.
What trends do you see in your industry over the next 5 years? Next 10 years?
The trend is for more automation and transparency for families and their loved ones. Better online training tools for caregivers. More resources allowing for the selection of care at various price points.
What is the biggest concern about your industry that a franchisee candidate should be aware of and investigate?
