BlueGrace Logistics Donates Pet Food to Humane Society of Tampa Bay

BlueGrace Logistics’ "Cats vs. Dogs" Competition Pet Food
Drive for 2014 raised more than twice the amount of collections for 2013,
setting a new record. The drive raised over 44,000 pounds of pet food!

Donated food from the drive will go towards the Humane
Society of Tampa Bay, as well as food assistance program Animeals and Casper’s
Cupboard.

"What I once thought would just be a nice way to generate a
thousand pounds of pet food, has now quickly become a massive outpouring of
support generating 44 thousand pounds," said Bobby Harris, BlueGrace President
and CEO. "The BlueGrace team found a way to align many other businesses and
people to make a very real impact for animals in need. I couldn’t be more blown
away, nor more proud."

Animeals is a partner program to the Meals of Wheels
assistance program, delivering free pet food once a month to elderly residents
on a limited income. Casper’s Cupboard allows citizens to come to the animal
shelter Tuesday through Sunday and pick up pet food at no cost.
