City Wide Maintenance, one of the nation’s largest building maintenance management companies, today announced the appointment of Willie Ramirez to the role of director of people and culture.
Ramirez will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. His primary role will be to supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, budget, and labor relations. His secondary role will be to recruit, retain, and inspire talented people to join the City Wide family.
