Potbelly Sandwich Shop announced today that Louisville’s third shop opened to the public on December 15 at 9018 Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown. The widely acclaimed neighborhood hangout features toasty warm sandwiches, made to order salads, hand-dipped milkshakes and live, local music, which make it “The Best Place for Lunch.”
Potbelly has earned a reputation in communities across the United States for having delicious food, fun décor and fresh tunes. All three Potbelly locations in Louisville are owned and operated by local residents John Vinci and Marcus Eddy, including the downtown shop at 302 S. Fourth St. and an East End location in the Paddock Shops (formerly the Summit Shopping Center).
