His Background:

Ryan Spath had no prior franchising experience before joining Cellairis. With the support of his parents and many odd jobs, he attended the University of North Florida, where he received a degree in Business Management and Finance.

After graduating, there were few positions that interested him and he didn’t want to leave his future in someone else’s hand. Soon, he was offered a management position at a local Cellairis.

After working with the franchise owners for more than a year, he was offered a partnership in the franchise business.

“Being part of the franchise was a way for me to be my own boss but not rely on myself for every decision. It’s like having a mentor to ask questions and guide you without worrying about having a difficult boss.”

Have you been Successful?

“Together with Cellairis, I have been able to grow through each phase of the company’s development from RMU to Kiosk to our newest flagship Cellairis full store experience in Boise, Idaho. This business, as with anything, you only get out what you put in.”

Support and Training?

“Cellairis is a great business to get involved in because they are there to help you from day one. When you open a location you have an experienced Field Rep that comes to the location and helps Merchandise, hire team members, and basically anything else you need. Cellairis has really created a turnkey system which allows you to decide the level of involvement you have with your business.

Corporate Cellairis has contributed tremendously to the success of our business. They offer continued training programs to keep the system updated on current trends and best practices. Beyond the face to face trainings Cellairis is constantly hosting convenient webinars, and corporate events. You also have a FSR (franchise support representative) that is available to assist you with day to day tasks. Everything from tracking packages to recruiting new team members, Alison Patterson our FSR has been a HUGE help to our success!”

Have Any Advice?

“Find a company or industry you are interested in and passionate about. I truly believe the greatest success will come within a system you really want to be part of. Go visit the corporate offices. Set meetings with the appropriate representatives and see what company you can see yourself becoming a member of. Remember this is going to be a life long journey and the company you choose ends up becoming an extension of your family.”

Would You Do it All Over Again?

“Of course! Being a member of the Cellairis family is one of the best decisions I have made yet! There isn’t anything I would change about the entire experience!!!”
