Lightbridge Academy franchise locations will
develop six to eight months faster now that Lightbridge Franchise Company, a child
care franchisor, has entered into to a new, non-binding joint venture agreement with
Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ:WHLR)
Under the terms of the agreement, Lightbridge Properties will provide Wheeler with
the option to participate in the acquisition and development of any potential properties
that Lightbridge Franchise Company has identified as future sites for its centers located
in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
