Initial Training: Once you have joined the BlueGrace Team, we will host you for a week at our National Support Center in Riverview, FL for an intensive week of training. You will learn everything you need to know to be a successful franchise owner in this industry.
Advanced Training: As a franchisee of BlueGrace Logistics, you will receive Ongoing/Advanced Training from the members of our National Support Center. Once you have established your new company and get settled into your new role as a BlueGrace Logistics Franchise Owner, we continue extending growth and development through Advanced Training.
Training & Growth Seminar: BlueGrace holds an annual event for all franchisees for a Training & Growth Seminar! This year, the annual event will take place at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando Florida in July! This event serves several purposes, but most importantly it provides our franchisees with an opportunity to connect on a deeper level with BlueGrace Logistics Experts!
